Hummus Sandwich

Chickpeas: 2 Cup (boiled)
Sesame seeds:4 tablespoon
Garlic : 4 cloves (large size)
Olive Oil: 4 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Iceberg Lettuce: 1 cup (shredded)
Tomatoes: 1
Olives: 1/4 Cup
Capsicum: 1
Gherkins: 1/4 Cup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Ciabatta bread : 6

Combine chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic in a food processor until smooth. Transfer it to a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper. Your hummus is ready.
Slice tomatoes, capsicum and olives in thin rounds.
Cut the ciabatta bread from the center horizontally.
Start preparing the sandwiches by spreading 2-3 tablespoon of hummus on lower slice. Top it with tomatoes, capsicum,olives, lettuce, gherkins and the bread slice.
Repeat the process for the rest of the breads.

Your Hummus Sandwich is ready to eat. Serve it at room temperature.

Note: Such sandwiches are good with thick sliced bread to avoid it from getting soggy.
