Paneer : 250 Gms (cut into cubes)
Whole Wheat Bread: 8 slices
Onion: 1 small
Capsicum: 1 small
Green Chutney : 4 tablespoon
Tandoori Masala: 1/2 Tablespoon
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Butter : 2 tablespoon
Salt and crushed black Pepper: to taste
In a non stick pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. Add sliced onion and capsicum to it.
Saute it on high flame till the onions become a little translucent. Add tandoori masala followed by paneer cubes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Toss the ingredients gently.
Turn off the heat and transfer the paneer mix to a plate. This is stuffing for the sandwich.
Now , apply a tablespoon of green chutney on the bread and then spread two tablespoon of stuffing over it. Close it with another bread slice. Repeat the process for rest of the breads.
Heat the sandwich grill and apply some butter on top of the sandwich. Grill it for 3-4 minutes till the bread turns golden brown.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
Your grilled paneer sandwich is ready to eat.
