Asparagus : 8-10 spears
Garlic: 2 cloves
Unsalted butter: 1 cube (2 inch cube)
Freshly ground black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Heat butter in a large pan. Add crushed garlic to the butter. Once it starts turning a little brown, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add asparagus spears. Saute it on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl.
Serve it hot with any soup or salad of your choice.
