Chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

For the Cupcake:
Plain Flour : 1 Cup (250 gms)
Cocoa Powder: 4 tablespoon
Baking Soda: 2 teaspoon
Unsalted Butter (melted): 1/4 Cup
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Vanilla Extract : 2 tablespoon
Eggs: 2
Buttermilk : 1/4 Cup
Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
For the cream cheese frosting
Cream cheese: 150 gms
Icing Sugar: 400 gms
Unsalted better (melted): 150 gms

 Sift the plain flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together in a bowl. In another bowl beat egg, sugar and melted butter. Do this till the sugar dissolves completely.
Now add the dry ingredients in the egg mixture gradually in small portions.Keep stirring it with a spatula so that no lumps are formed. Finally add buttermilk and vanilla extract. Mix it well.

Preheat  oven to 350 F.
Grease the cup cake molds and dust it with some flour. Alternately you can use cupcake sheets as well.
Pour the batter onto the molds. Bake it for 20 minutes .
Turn off the oven and bring the cupcakes out of the oven . Allow them to cool completely.

To make the cream cheese frosting, bring all the frosting ingredients in a deep bowl.
Beat it till it forms a a soft peak. Fill the icing bag with the cream cheese mix and decorate your cupcakes the way you like it.
Sprinkle some white chocolate silver decorations for extra beauty.
Serve it at room temperature.

Note: This will yield approximately 10 cupcakes.
