Oatmeal Blueberry Muffin

Oats : 1 Cup
Whole Wheat flour: 1 1/4 Cup
Brown Sugar: 1/4 Cup
Baking Soda: 1 Tablespoon
Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla Essence: 1 Tablespoon
Milk:1.5 Cup
Oil: 1/4 Cup
Blueberries: 1 Cup

Method: Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl except blueberries. Once the ingredients have incorporated well, fold in the blueberries gently.
Pre heat oven to 380 F. Meanwhile grease the muffin pans and pour the batter on to the pan leaving some space on the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes .
Bring it out of the oven and allow it to cool.

Your Oatmeal blueberry muffins ready are to eat. Serve it at room temperature.
