Decadent Indian sweet made from ricotta cheese.
 Ricotta Cheese : 1 Cup
Condensed Milk: 1/4 Cup
Crushed green cardamon: 1/4 Teaspoon
Crushed Pistachios: 2 Tablespoon
Crushed Almonds : 2 Tablespoon
Desi ghee (Clarified Butter ): for greasing the pan.

Dry roast ricotta cheese in a kadahi (wok) till it starts turning light golden in color. Turn off the heat and add condensed milk and crushed cardamom to the ricotta cheese. Stir the mixture till the ingredients blend well.
Now ,grease a square pan with desi ghee. Spread the mixture in the pan. Allow it to  set. This would take around an hour or so. Once it is completely cooled, cut it with a greased knife into squares and sprinkle the crushed dried fruits over it.

Your kalakand is ready to serve.
