Cream of Corn Soup

Corn on the cob : 4
White Onion: 1 (small)
Garlic:4-5 cloves
Regular Flour: 3 Tablespoon
Butter: 2 Tablespoon
Milk: 2.5 Cups
Water:1 Cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 Cup
Dried Herbs: 1 Tablespoon
Salt and crushed black pepper to taste

Scrape the kernels off the cob with the help of a knife.
In a shallow pan melt a tablespoon of  butter over the stove top.Add finely chopped onions and minced garlic. Stir the ingredients till it turns light brown. Add the corn kernels and saute it for a minute or two.
Turn off the heat. Transfer the kernels to a blender and allow it to cool. Blend the ingredients to a coarse paste.
In a separate deep pan, take a tablespoon of butter.Add flour and and milk. Keep stirring continuously to avoid any lumps being formed. Once it reaches a smooth consistency, add the corn paste.
Stir it again so the ingredients blend well. Add Parmesan cheese ,salt, and dried herbs.
Add crushed pepper if you like to add some heat to your soup.
Let it cook for a minute or two.
Turn off the heat and transfer it to serving bowls.

Your delicious Creamy Corn Soup is ready to eat. Serve it with garlic bread.
