Walnut Brownies

Dark Chocolate: 200 Gms (cut into cubes)
Unsalted Butter: 150 gms
Powdered Sugar: 3/4 Cup
Salt: Pinch
Plain Flour: 3 Tablespoon
Cocoa Powder: 1 Tablespoon
Eggs: 3
Vanilla Essence: 1 Tablespoon 
Walnuts: 1/2 Cup

Melt dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla essence until soft peaks start forming. Add in plain flour,cocoa powder and salt and whisk the ingredients. .
Add the melted chocolate and butter in the flour-cocoa mix and fold the ingredients gently with a spatula.

Meanwhile, pre heat a oven at 180 C. Grease your baking pan and pour the mix into the prepared pan.
Top it with walnuts. Swirl the walnuts with a fork.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.
 Remove from oven and allow it to cool.
Cut it into squares and serve it at room temperature.

Your delicious Walnut Brownies are ready to eat.
