Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients:

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 1 Cup
Sugar: 2 Cups
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence: 1 tablespoon
Plain Flour: 2 Tablespoon
Water: 2 Cups

Method:
 Mix cocoa powder, plain flour and sugar in a deep pan over low heat. Add water and whisk it such that no lumps are formed. Add salt and vanilla essence. Allow the mixture to cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
Your Chocolate Syrup is ready to use.
Transfer the chocolate syrup to a bottle and use it the way you like it.

Refrigerate it for later use.
