Whole Wheat Bread : 8
Avocado: 1 (ripened)
Garlic: 10 cloves
Dry Chilies: 2
Iceberg Lettuce: 1 bunch
Cottage Cheese: 250 Gms
Sliced Gherkins : 8-10
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 6 Tablespoon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Peel the avocade. Scoop out all the pulp and keep it in a deep bowl. Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 cloves of crushed garlic and squeeze 1 lemon. Add salt and pepper and mix it well. Your Guacomole is ready.
Cut cucumber and capsicum in thin rounds. Slice Cottage cheese in thin squares.
Wash lettuce thoroughly. Tear them with your hands.
To make chilli garlic dressing, dry roast garlic and chillies in a pan till golden brown. Crush it with mortar and pestle. In a bowl, take the crushed garlic and chilli, add 4 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix it well. Your chilli garlic dressing is ready.
To make the sandwich, take a bread slice. Spread the guacamole on the slice, layer it with lettuce, sliced capsicum, cucumber, cottage cheese squares and a slice of gherkin. Drizzle chilli garlic dressing. Cover it with another bread slice.
Close the sandwich with a gherkin inserted toothpick.
Your Guacamole and Cottge Cheese Sandwich is ready to eat. Serve it with any drink of your choice.
