Plain Flour: 3 Cups
Dried Yeast: 2 Tablespoon
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoon
Sugar: 2 tablespoon
Salt :pinch
Oil for deep frying
Sugar for dusting Zeppoles.
Cold Water: 1.5 Cup (for kneading)

 Dissolve yeast in warm water as per instructions on the packet.
Take flour in a large deep bowl. Add salt, olive oil and dissolved yeast. Add water and knead it to make a soft dough. Take a palm sized dough and roll it out to make a thick circle. Cut it into squares.
Deep fry these squares in a pre heated oil.
 Drain them on a paper towel to remove any excesss oil.

Dust it with powered sugar and your Zeppoles are ready to eat.

Serve it hot with coffee.
