Paneer (Cottage Cheese) : 250 Gms
Onion: 1 small
Capsicum: 1 Small
Green Chilli: 1 (optional)
Green Coriander: Handful
Salt and Freshly Ground pepper to taste.
Oil for cooking
Sesame Seeds: 3-4 tablespoon
Whole Wheat Bread Slices: 8
Finely chop onion,capsicum, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Crumble paneer with fingers and add all the chopped veggies.
Add salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
Take a bread slice. Layer it with the paneer mixture. Cover it with another bread slice.
On a pre heated gridle, drop a tablespoon of butter or oil. Add 1/4 teaspoon of sesame seeds. Once the seeds starts splattering, put the sandwich on it. Press it with a flat spatula. Flip it over and toast it on the other side too.
Bring it off the gridle and serve it hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney .
