Bharwan Bhindi



Ingredients:
Bhindi : 1/2 Kgs
Onion: 1 large
Oil: 3 tablespoon
Green Chilli: 1
Chat Masala for garnish
Stuffing Ingredients:
Kalonji(black cumin seeds) : 4 tablespoon
Sauf(Fennel): 2 tablespoon
Jeera(cumin Seeds): 4 tablespoon
Dhaniya seeds: 6 tablespoon
Dry red chilli: 2-4(depending on your taste)
Method:
Dry roast all the stuffing ingredients in pan till the seeds start crackling and emanating flavorful aroma.
Grind it and keep it aside. Add Salt as per your taste to the stuffing.
Wash and pat dry the okras with the paper towel. Remove the caps.Slit the okras length wise keeping some space at the both the ends. Stuff the okras with the prepared dry masalas.

In a shallow pan, take oil. Allow it to heat. Add sliced onions and green chilli. Once the onions starts turning golden brown, lay the stuffed okras in the pan and cover it with the lid. Allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring in between.
 Turn off the heat. Garnish the stuffed okras with pinch of chat masala for a little tangy flavor.

Serve it hot with chapatis.
