Cinnamon Sparkler

This mocktail recipe goes well for those weekend lunches with friends and family.


Water: 2 Cups
Sugar: 1 Cup
Cinnamon Sticks: 4-5
Plain Soda:
Crushed Ice: 1 Cup

Bring water to boil. Add sugar and cinnamon sticks and let it simmer till water reduces to half its quantity.
Bring it off the pan and allow the sugar syrup to cool.

Fill 1/3rd of a glass with crushed ice, 3 tablespoon of sugar syrup and plain soda. Stir it.
Serve chilled.
