Vegetable Dim sum













Ingredients:
All Purpose flour- 1 cup
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Salt- as per taste
Water to knead the dough
For the Stuffing:
Cabbage- 1 Cup (Finely chopped)
Carrots - 1/4 Cup( Finely Chopped)
Garlic (minced)- 1Tablespoon
Spring Onions-  2-3 (chopped)
Sugar- 1/4 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce- 1 tablespoon
Oil- 2 Tablespoon
Method:
In a deep bowl, mix  flour, salt and oil. Add water to knead a smooth dough. In a preheated pan, add  oil. Sauté garlic and add finely chopped cabbage, carrots and spring onions. Add salt, pepper and Soya Sauce.Stir it on a high flame for 3-4 minutes till vegetables become a little tender.
Turn off the heat and allow the stuffing to cool.

Now divide the dough into 12-14 equal ball size portions. Roll each portion to make a circle of 4-5".
Take a tablespoon of stuffing and put it in the center of each circle. Wet the edges of the circle and bring the edges together to cover the stuffing. Repeat the process for rest of the circles.

Steam the stuffed dim sums for about 10 minutes.

Serve it hot with Chili Garlic Sauce.

Your delicious Veg Dim sum is ready to eat .
