Fresh Paneer: 250 gms
Onion : 1 large
Tomato: 2 medium
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Chat Masala: 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder: Pinch
Red chili Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt and Freshly ground Black pepper to taste.
Cut Paneer, Onion, tomatoes and Capsicum in bite sized cubes.
In a non stick pan, take oil. Allow it to heat. Add Ginger garlic paste and onions to it.
Saute it till the onions become translucent. Add capsicum and Paneer and stir fry on high flame till the vegetables become a little charred and Paneer is golden brown in color.
Towards the end, add tomatoes and sauté it till becomes a little soft. Add salt and pepper to the vegetables.
Turn off the heat and now plate the vegetables. In a toothpick or skewer, arrange onion, tomato, paneer and capsicum. Sprinkle chat masala, red chili powder and garam masala over the vegetables.
Squeeze in some lemon juice.
Your Instant Paneer Tikka is ready to eat.
Serve it with Green chutney.
