Fresh Corn Kernels: 1 Cup
Carrot: 1 small ( chopped into small cubes)
Capsicum: 1 small ( Chopped into small cubes)
French Beans: 1/4 Cup( cut into small pieces)
Spring Onions: 2 stalks (chopped)
Tofu: 1/4 Cup cut into cubes
Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
Vinegar: 2 tablespoon
Cornflour: 2 Tablespoon (dissolved in 1/4 cup of cold water)
Water: 4 Cups
Take oil in a deep pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Add chopped vegetables and tofu and stir it. Add the water to the pan and let it simmer on low flame for 3-5 minutes. Add vinegar and soy sauce followed by cornflour mix. Stir in between and bring it to boil till the soup attains a little thick consistency.
Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Bring it off the flame and pour a ladleful in soup bowls.
Add chopped spring onions for garnish.
Your delicious Hot and Sour Soup is ready to eat !Serve it hot.
