Apple Cinnamon Bread


All purpose flour: 2 Cups
Baking Powder:2 tablespoon
Eggs: 2 large
Powdered Sugar: 1.5 Cup
Unsalted Butter/Oil: 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence: 2 Tablespoon
Milk: 1/2 Cup
Powdered Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon
Brown Sugar: 1/2 Cup
Apple: 1 (peeled and diced into small cubes)

Mix flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy and combined well. Add eggs , one at a time and beat them until it blends well with the sugar mix. Add vanilla essence and mix it again.
Now, pour this creamy sugar mix gradually into the flour mix and stir it until all the ingredients mix. Add milk and stir it again.

In another bowl, add cinnamon and brown sugar.
Now, grease your loaf pan with a little softened butter and sprinkle some flour. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180 C.
Pour half the batter into the pan. Layer it with half of the diced apples and then brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
Pour the remaining batter onto the pan. Layer it again with the remaining diced apples and brown sugar and cinnamon powder mix.
 Bake it for 30 minutes or till the toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.

Your delicious Apple Cinnamon Bread is ready to eat !

Serve it with tea or coffee !
