White Bread

White Flour: 3 Cups ( around 750 gms)
Dried Yeast: 2.5 Spoons
Salt: 2 tablespoon
Olive Oil: 4 tablespoon
Powdered Sugar: 2 tablespoon
Warm Water: 500 ml ( 2 Cups)

Dissolve yeast and sugar in a quarter cup of warm water. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes till the water gets frothy.
In a large bowl, take flour and salt. Sift them together. Add Olive oil and knead it to a smooth dough with warm water. Cover the dough with a damp cloth or cling film.

Allow it to sit for 5-6 hours till the dough doubles up in size. Meanwhile preheat oven to 200C.
Once the dough has doubled up in size, knead it again for 2-3 minutes. Shape the bread in loaves and leave it again for 30-40 minutes.
For a rustic looking bread, dust it with plain flour. Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle the seeds that your would like on bread.

Dust the bread pan with plain flour and bake the loaves for around 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the loaves.
Bread would start cracking from different sides and that's a sign that bread has come out well.

Serve it  with soup/salad of your choice.
