Veg Pizza


Pizza Crust: 4
Mozzarella Cheese: 2 Cups
Pizza Sauce: 2 Cups
Broccoli Florets: 5-6
Baby Corn: 8
Capsicum: 1
Onion: 1
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoon
Vinegar: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt and Pepper to taste.
For Garnish: Oregano, Chili Flakes and Parmesan Cheese


Pre heat oven to 200 C. Meanwhile par boil Broccoli florets and baby corn for around 4-5 minutes. Chop onions and capsicum into bite sized chunks.  Take the vegetables in a deep bowl. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle some salt and pepper over the vegetables. Toss it well. Your vegetables are ready for the Pizza crust.

Layer your Pizza crust with the tomato sauce leaving 1 inch border on the side. Spread the grated Mozzarella cheese over it. Top it with the cut vegetables.

Bake it in a pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes or till the cheese starts bubbling.

Garnish it with oregano, chili flakes and Parmesan cheese.

Serve it hot with any drink of your choice.
