Chili Garlic Potatoes

 Potatoes: 1 Kg
Garlic : 10-12 cloves
Dry Red Chili: 2
Lemon : 1/2
Green Coriander: Handful
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bread Crumbs: 2 Cups
Oil for Deep Frying.

Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel them and mash with the help of potato masher.
Meanwhile dry roast garlic and chilies in a pan. Once the garlic starts turning golden brown, turn off the heat. Grind the roasted garlic and red chilies with the help of mortar and pestle to make a coarse paste. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
Add the garlic and red chili paste, coriander leaves ,salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Squeeze in half a lemon. Mix the ingredients well.
Now divide the entire mix into 25-30 small balls. Take each ball and roll it between your palms to make small cylindrical shapes, something like nuggets. Now wrap these nuggets with the bread crumbs.
Repeat the entire process with the rest of the potato mix.

Take oil in a deep pan and let it heat. Deep fry the potatoes nuggets till golden brown.
Put it on a paper towel to drain out any excess oil.

Your Chili Garlic Potatoes are ready to eat.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
