Rajgire ki Poori

Ingredients:
Rajgire ka aata (Rajgira Flour): 2 Cups
Boiled Potatoes: 4-5 medium sized
Coriander leaves: handful
Green Chillies: 1
Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) : 1/4 teaspoon
Oil for Frying


Method:
Mash potatoes till its smooth.
Take Rajgira flour in a deep bowl.Add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves and green chillies along with sendha namak. Knead it to make  smooth dough. Add water if required.

Take lemon sized balls and flatten between your palms and deep fry in a pre heated oil until light golden brown.
Flip the pooris to fry on the other side.
Bring it out and drain the excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve Rajgire ki pooris hot with green chutney.

NOTE: You can substitute mashed potatoes with chopped spinach/grated bottle gourd as well. They make equally delicious pooris.
