Soy Balls Sandwich with Herbed Sour Cream dressing


Cottage Cheese and Soya Balls: 6
Pickled Gherkin: 4
Sliced Tomatoes: 4
Onion: 1 (chopped)
Pitted Olives: 6-7
Iceberg Lettuce: 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves for garnish
Sour Cream: 1/2 Cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 4 Tablespoon
Dried Oregano : 1 tablespoon
Freshly ground Black pepper: 1/2 tablespoon
Finely chopped Dil leaves: handful
Garlic Salt: pinch
Hot dog Buns: 2

 Cut bread into half horizontally. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and oregano onto the bread. Toast your bread for around a minute or so.
Add dried oregano, chopped dil leaves, pepper and garlic salt in sour cream and whisk it well.
Layer your bread with a iceberg lettuce. Now, place 2 cheese balls on  the bread. Top it with tomatoes, Onion,pickled gherkin, olives and sour cream. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Your delicious Soy Balls Sandwich with Herbed Sour Cream dressing is ready to serve.
