Cauliflower: 1 small
Frozen Green Peas :1 Cup
Carrots: 2 (chopped in cubes)
Onion: 1 medium
Ginger : 1 tablespoon
Green Chili: 1
Sabji Masala: 1 tablespoon
kasoori Methi leaves: 1 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Black Cummin seeds: 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: 2-3 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves: for garnish (handful)
Wash cauliflower thoroughly. Cut it into small florets. Chop onion into thin strips.
Break green chili into half. Cut ginger into fine juliennes.
Take oil in a kadhai (wok). Add black cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Once they start cracking up, add chopped onion. Sauté it till the onions turn translucent.
Add ginger paste and green chili. Add cauliflower and carrots and stir fry the vegetables on high flame.
Add Sabji masala, salt, turmeric powder, kasoori methi and garam masala. Cover kadhai with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Add green peas. Cook it for another minute or so.
Turn off the heat and garnish the mix veg with chopped coriander leaves.
Your mix veg is ready to eat. Enjoy it with Ghee Paratha.
