Chocolate Soufflé

This incredibly delicious Chocolate Soufflé can be easily made at home with a little bit of time and patience. The only thing to keep in mind is to serve them straight from the oven while its still warm and inflated.

Chocolate : 160 gm  chopped( 1 medium sized bar)
Plain Flour: 1 Tablespoon
Fresh Heavy Cream: 2 Tablespoon
Egg Whites : 3 Eggs
Egg Yolk: 1 Egg
Fresh Cinnamon powder : Pinch
Salt: Pinch
Confectioner's Sugar: 3 Tablespoon

Method: Melt chocolate pieces in a double boiler.
Whisk egg yolk and fresh cream until it blends well. Add melted chocolate, flour, and cinnamon. Mix it well.
In a separate bowl, take egg whites and salt and with the help of electric egg beater whisk it until the soft peak starts forming. Add sugar and whisk it again.
Now, take half portion of the chocolate mix and combine it with the egg whites. Blend the ingredients gently with the help of a rubber spatula. Add the remaining chocolate mix and combine the ingredients until the entire mix looks chocolaty.

Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180 C. Grease the ramekins and fill 2/3 of the ramekins with the ready soufflé  mix.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes until the soufflé comes puffed up.

Serve it immediately while its still hot and puffy. If you like, you can dust the soufflé with confectioner's sugar.

Your delicious Chocolate Soufflé is ready to eat !

This would yield 2 servings.
