Almond Guava Veggie Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

Iceberg Lettuce: 1 bunch
Cucumber: 1
Tomato: 1
Guava: 1 (small)
Almonds: 5
Jalapenos: 1 (optional)

Honey: 3 Tablespoon
Lime:1 tablespoon
Salt and Pepper to taste

Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces. Cut cucumber, tomato and Guava  length wise. Scoop out extra seeds from guava.
Slice almonds into thin strips.

Whisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Now, In a deep large bowl, bring in all the salad ingredients and pour the dressing over it.
Mix it gently.

Refrigerate it for an hour or so before serving.

Your Almond Guava Veggie Salad with Honey Lime dressing is ready to eat .
