Pasta Salad

Pasta : 150 gm
Cherry tomatoes : 1 dozen
Corn : 100 grams
Purple Cabbage:  100 grams
Red , yellow, green bell pepper : 1of each color
Mayonnaise : 2-3 tbsp
Olive oil:  2-3 tbsp
Lettuce leaves: 100 grams
Mixed herbs : for garnish
Salt : to taste

Boil 150 grams pasta in water with salt and few drops of cooking oil, drain the water and let the pasta cool.
Make a paste of mayonnaise and oil, toss pasta into that.Cut bell peppers into thin long stripes.Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces.
Add bell peppers,lettuce and corn.Add salt into the bowl and mix it well.
Spread the pasta in the dish.
Garnish with herbs.
Decorate by placing cherry tomatoes on the rim of the plate and thin sliced cabbage.

Serve cold/ at room temperature
