Chocolate Pinwheel Biscuit

Plain Flour: 1.5 Cups
Wheat Flour: 1.5 Cups

Castor sugar – 1 ½ cup
Margarine – ¾ cup
Baking powder – ¾ tsp
Milk to make dough

Preheat oven to 150 C. Line a baking tray. Sieve together Flour and Baking Powder. In a large bowl, combine it first with the margarine and then the castor sugar. With a little milk, knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into two portion Add cocoa into one. If the color is light, add some coffee powder. Dust the work surface with flour and gently roll out both the portions into rectangles. Place the chocolate dough over the plain one and roll it gently into a firm log. Cut slices.  Bake in a preheated oven (150 C) for 10 minutes. Keep checking as they can turn brown quickly.

Allow it to cool before serving.
