Mango Ice Cream

Beat the heat with this perfect summer treat- home made Mango Ice Cream.

Mango : 4
Fresh cream: 3/4 Cup ( 200 gms)
Powdered Sugar: 1/2 Cup

Mint Leaves for decoration


Peel and cut mangoes into cubes. Puree the cut mangoes in a blender.
In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar and mix them well. Add pureed mango to this and whisk it so that the ingredients incorporate well.
Take a deep dish  and pour the ingredients onto it. Cover it the with a aluminum foil and let it set for around 6-7 hours in the freezer.

Scoop out the ice cream and serve it chilled.
