Pasta/Pizza Sauce


Tomatoes: 8-10
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 2 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper: ¼ tablespoon
Oregano: 1/4 tablespoon
Crushed chili flakes: pinch
Garlic (minced): 1 tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Method: Bring the tomatoes to boil in a large pot till it is tender. Take out the tomatoes and peel off the skin. Crush them with the help of potato masher.
In a separate pan, add oil. Add minced garlic and tomatoes. Add salt, sugar, black pepper and oregano. Cover it with a lid and let it simmer on a low flame for around 10-15 minutes. Your Pasta sauce is ready.
