Chickpeas: 1 cup(boiled)
Sesame Seeds: 1/4 cup
Olive Oil: 6 tablespoon
Garlic: 6-7 cloves
Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper to taste:

Mix all the ingredients in the blender to form a smooth paste.
If the paste is too thick, add some more olive oil and mix it well. You can add some chili flakes to add some heat to your hummus.
Your Hummus is ready to eat.

NOTE: You can refrigerate hummus in an air tight container for about a week's time.
