Garlic Bread: 2 loaves
Hummus: 1 cup
Butter: 2 tablespoon
Olive Oil:1/2 Cup
Garlic Cloves: 6-7
Red Chili: 1
Lemon: 1/2 squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste
Roast garlic and red chili in a pan. Once it starts turning light brown, bring it off the stove and crush it with the help of mortar and pestle. In a tight lid jar, add olive olive, crushed garlic and red chili,lemon juice and salt and pepper. Give it a nice shake so the ingredients mix well.
Cut the garlic bread in 3-4 inches of diagonal pieces.Slit it into half horizontally.
Now, brush each piece of garlic bread with a little bit of butter and then olive oil mix. Top it with hummus and cherry tomatoes and black olives.
Bake it in the oven for 5 minutes.
Your Hummus Garlic Bread is ready to eat.
Serve it warm !!
