We'll start with the coffee cake. Mix plain flour, baking powder and salt in a deep bowl.
In a separate bowl, add sugar, milk and oil. Stir it well so that the sugar gets evenly dissolved.
Meanwhile, prepare coffee concoction. In a pan, heat 1 cup of water and add 4 tablespoon of coffee. Once the coffee  dissolves completely, turn off the heat.
Now, pour sugar mixture over the dry ingredients and gently stir it folding the ingredients. Add the coffee concoction and mix it evenly.
Your cake mix is ready. Now grease baking tray and sprinkle some plain flour over it. Pour the cake mix and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for around 40 minutes.

For the Mocha Frosting.
Heat Milk in a deep pan. Add powdered sugar to the milk. Once sugar starts dissolving, add plain flour, salt, cocoa powder, coffee powder and cornflour. Stir it in between and turn off the heat. Add the cream and whip it well. Allow the Mocha syrup to cool. You can refrigerate it for an hour.

Now to decorate your cake, dust the cake with powdered sugar. If you have a small chocolate syrup dispenser, then you can use it for frosting the cake. Else, use a cone and fill it with mocha syrup and drizzle  it all over the cake.
