Onion Rings with Creamy Yoghurt Dip

Onions: 5 (large)
Plain Flour: 2cups
Corn flour: 2 tablespoon
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Black pepper: pinch
Salt to taste
Bread Crumbs: 1 cup
Oil for frying

Slice onions into thick rings. Separate each ring.
Mix plain flour, corn flour,baking powder,salt and pepper in a deep bowl.Add water to make a smooth batter. Dip each  onion slices into the flour batter and then roll it onto the bread crumbs.

Deep fry each ring in a pre heated oil until golden brown.
Drain the excess oil on a paper towel.

To make the dip, take 2 tablespoon of cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of thick yogurt. Whisk it with the help of a fork. Add dried oregano,basil and parsely. Mix it well. Your creamy yogurt dip is ready.
This is a good substitute for Ranch Sauce.
