Chickoo(Sapota) MilkShake

Skip the packaged flavored milk. Try home made Chickoo milkshake.Loaded with natural sugar,fiber and nutrients ,this works well for everybody across age groups !!
Ingredients:
Chickoo(Sapota): 2 medium sized (peeled and de-seeded)
Milk: 1 glass
Sugar: 1 teaspoon ,depending on the taste
Ice Cubes: as desired

Method:
Blend all the ingredients in the mixer.
Add crushed ice and serve chilled.
Add a slice of sapota on the glass rim for decoration.

NOTE: You can skip adding ice if you want.Still the shake would be as tasty !!
