Plain flour: ¼ cup
Wheat flour: ¾ cup
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Salt : ¼ tablespoon

Take flour, baking powder, salt and oil in a bowl.Mix it well. Add water to make a smooth dough. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Take ball sized dough. Roll it out to make thin discs. Take a thick bottomed pan. Roast the discs on the both the sides so that it’s cooked evenly. Your  tortillas are ready.
