Tomato Salsa

Cilantro: 1 cup
Lemon: 1/2
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoon
Chilli flakes: optional

Method: Cut tomato into small pieces. Mix it with finely chopped cilantro, lemon juice,olive oil,chilli flakes and  salt and pepper.
Refrigerate it for an hour before serving.
