Mushroom and cream cheese pasta

Ingredients :
Pasta :  2 cups
Onion :  1 medium
 Capsicum: 1 medium
Mushroom: 1 cup (boiled and sliced)
Tomato: 1(pulp scooped out)
Olive oil: 2 tablespoon
Garlic: 1 tablespoon(minced)
Oregano: ½ tablespoon
Dry Red chillies: 1(crushed)
Vinegar: 2 tablespoon
Cream Cheese: 1 cup
Milk: ¼  cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Method: Boil pasta as per the instructions on the packets.
Take oil in a large deep pan. Add minced garlic,crushed dry red chili and onions. Sauté the onions till they become a little translucent. Add capsicum and mushroom. Sauté the vegetables on a high flame. Add vinegar, oregano,salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix cream cheese and milk such that the ingredients blend well. Now, add this cream cheese sauce to the vegetables in the pan. Add boiled pasta and stir it so that the pasta gets coated evenly with cream cheese sauce.
Bring it off the pan and garnish it with sliced tomatoes and basil leaves before serving.

NOTE: You can adjust the quantity of cream cheese depending on your taste.
