Whole Wheat Nutty Banana Bread

Wheat flour: 2 cups
Eggs: 2 large
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Powdered Sugar: 1 cup
Oil: 1 cup
Almonds and Cashews: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence: 2 tablespoon
Bananas: 3 big fully ripe (mashed)
Milk: ½ cup

Method : Sieve wheat flour and baking powder together and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl add eggs and vanilla essence and beat till it’s fluffy. Now add mashed bananas
and oil and slowly keep adding sugar. Beat this mixture with the egg beater till its fluffy and sugar completely dissolves.Now add dry ingredients to the egg mixture gradually and keep stirring in between. Add milk and walnuts. Make sure it has a pourable batter consistency. Now mix this with a spatula in one direction. It should take around 5-6 minute to do this.
 Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease the bread loaf pan with oil and sprinkle some flour on it. Now pour the bread mix and place it in the oven.
 Bake for at least 45 minutes or when the fork comes out clean from the bread.
Bring it out of the oven and let it cool. 
Your Whole Wheat Nutty Banana Bread is ready to eat.Slice it and serve it with tea or coffee or enjoy it as a dessert.
