Nariyal Laddo

Dessicated Cocunut: 3 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Milk: 1 cup
Green Cardamom:2
Saffron strands: 10

Method: Boil milk in a pan. Add 2 cups of coconut and pinch of crushed cardamom. Once the coconut is mixed evenly, add sugar. Keep stirring till the mix starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Bring it off the flame. Once it cools down a bit, make small balls and roll them in the remaining desiccated coconut. Decorate your laddos with Saffron strands.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours for the Laddos to set.
Your nariyal laddos are ready to eat !!

NOTE: The quantity of sugar here would give mildly sweet laddos. You can adjust the sugar quantity as per your taste.
