Whole wheat Bread: 4
Fresh thick yogurt: ½ cup
Onion: 1 small
Capsicum: 1 small
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoon
Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
Crushed Black pepper: pinch
Red Chilli powder: pinch (optional)
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Finely chop onion, capsicum and coriander leaves. Whisk yogurt with a fork. Add chopped veggies, salt, pepper and red chilli powder.
Take a piece of bread and spread the yogurt mix on it. Top it with bread.
Meanwhile, take a tablespoon of oil on a flat griddle. Let it heat. Throw some sesame seeds in the oil. Once the seeds start crackling up, put your sandwich on it. Press it with a spatula. Turn it over once it is golden brown and toast it on the other side.
Your Yogurt sandwich is ready to eat.
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
