Nachos clásico

Nachos: 1  packet
Sour Cream: ½ cup
Tomatoes: 1 medium
Capsicum: 1 medium
Onions: 1 small
Olives: ¼ cup
Jalapeno: 1 small
Cucumber: 1 small
Lemon: ½
Shredded Cheddar cheese: ¼ cup

Chop tomatoes, onions, capsicum, jalapeno and cucumber into small tiny pieces . Add some salt and pepper and squeeze in some lemon.
Preheat oven to 190 C. Lay your chips on the baking tray. Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the chips. Bake them for 2 minutes for the cheese to melt a bit.
Bring the chips tray out of the oven. Put it on a serving dish.  Spread all the chopped veggies over the chips and top it with sour cream and olives.
 Your Nachos Clasico is ready to eat !! Enjoy !!
