Wheat Flour: 2 cups
For filling:
Sattu:  ¾ cup
Onion: 1
Garlic: 5-6 cloves
Ginger: ½ tablespoon
Kalonji: ¼ tablespoon
Coriander leaves: ¼ cup
Green Chilli: 1 (optional)
Bhuna Masala: 1 tablespoon
Desi Ghee: ¼ cup
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Knead wheat flour with water to make smooth dough.
For the filling, take a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add kalonji,onion, garlic and ginger paste and green chili. Sauté it till the onions starts turning golden brown. Bring the pan off the flame and add sattu, coriander leaves, bhuna masala and salt.
Take ball sized dough and stuff a tablespoon of sattu filling in the center of the dough. Flatten it with your palm. Similarly stuff other balls.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200 C. Dust your littis with dry flour. Put it in the oven and bake them for around 30-40 minutes till it comes light golden brown.
Drizzle desi ghee over the littis and serve them hot with Chokha (Baigan ka bharta).
