Bhuna Masala

Kalonji(black cumin seeds) : 4 tablespoon
Sauf(Fennel): 2 tablespoon
Jeera(cumin Seeds): 4 tablespoon
Dhaniya seeds: 6 tablespoon
Dry red chilli: 2-4(depending on your taste)
Dry roast all the ingredients in pan till the seeds start crackling and emanating flavorful aroma.
Grind it and store it in an airtight container.
This Bhuna  masala can be used in  preparing any stuffed vegetables or homemade pickles.
