Sprouted Moong Salad(Indian Style)

Sprouted Moong: 1 cups
Onion: 1 small
Tomato: 1
Carrot: 1 small
Cucumber: 1 small
Capsicum: 1 small
Lemon: ½
Black salt: pinch
Chat Masala: ½ tablespoon
Coriander leaves: ¼ cup
Green chillies: 1(optional)
Salt to taste

Boil sprouts in a deep pan for around 5 minutes, just long enough so that it becomes a little soft but not mushy.
Meanwhile, chop your vegetables into small pieces. Take sprouted moong in a mixing bowl; add chopped vegetables, green chilies and coriander leaves. Squeeze in some lemon. Season it with salt and some chat masala.
Add a tablespoon of oil to get that extra sheen to your salad.
