Caesar Salad- An American Classic

Lettuce: 1 bunch
Homemade croutons: 5-6 pieces
Extra Virgin Olive oil: 3 tablespoon
Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)
Vinegar: ½ tablespoon
Cream cheese: 2 tablespoon
Oregano: ¼ tablespoon
Freshly crushed pepper: ¼ tablespoon
Salt to taste

Combine oil,garlic,cream cheese, vinegar and oregano  in a large bowl and whisk them till they blend evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chop lettuce in big pieces. Pour the dressing over the lettuce. Toss them gently.
Just before serving add Homemade croutons.
Your zesty Caesar Salad is ready to eat !!

NOTE: you can adjust the seasoning as per your taste.
