Homemade Croutons


Ingredients:
 Buns:2
Olive oil: 4 tablespoon
Oregano: ½ tablespoon
Salt and pepper: ¼ tablespoon (as per taste)

Method:
Slice the buns to make thick bread cubes.  Mix olive oil,oregano,salt and pepper in a bowl. Brush the bread cubes with the olive oil mix.
Meanwhile, pre heat oven to 200 C. Place your bread cubes in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes.
Your bread croutons are ready to serve. Eat it with Soup or salad or just a tea time snack.

NOTE: Leftover bread is the best to make croutons. You can season them as per your taste.
