Baby Potatoes: 500 gms
Sesame Seeds: 2 tablespoon
Oil: 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper: ¼ tablespoon
Method: Boil baby potatoes in a pressure cooker. Peel them.
In a deep pan, take oil. Add sesame seeds. Once the seeds start crackling, add salt and pepper to it. Now add boiled potatoes and sauté it till the potatoes start turning golden brown. Squeeze in the lemon and mix it well. Insert the toothpick and serve it hot.
Your Sesame studded potatoes are ready to eat.
