Oatmeal Cookies

Plain Flour: ½ cup
Wheat flour: ½ cup
Sugar: 1 cup (powdered)
Egg: 1 large
Baking powder: ½  tablespoon
Salt: pinch
Vanilla Extract: 1 tablespoon
Unsalted Butter: 1 cup
Oatmeal: 3 cups
Dry Fruits: raisins, cashews ( ¼ cup)

Method:  Sieve plain flour, wheat flour through a strainer and mix it well. Add baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, take egg and butter. Whisk it such that it blends evenly. Now gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing in between so that the ingredients are creamy and smooth.
Now add the dry ingredients along with the oatmeal to the egg mixture and mix it to make smooth dough. Stir in the dry fruits.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 190 C. Take ball sized dough and flatten it on your palms and put it on the baking tray.
Bake it for 20-25 minutes or till the cookies start turning golden brown.
Take out the tray and let it cool on the wire rack. Your Oatmeal cookies are ready to serve.
NOTE: You can use ice cream scoop to make uniform size cookies.
