Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni: 250 gms
Cheddar cheese: 200 gms (grated)
Flour: 1 cup
Milk: 4 cups
Butter: 50 gms
Pepper: ¼ tablespoon
Oregano: ¼ tablespoon
Salt to taste

Method:  Boil Macaroni in a large pot till al-dente.
In a deep skillet, take butter. Add flour and mix it evenly with the butter. Now bring the pan off the flame and gradually add milk and keep stirring in between so that no lumps are formed. Put it back on the flame and add ¾th of the grated Cheddar cheese. Add salt, pepper and oregano to your taste. Bring it to boil.  Your cheese sauce is ready.
Now add the boiled macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix it such that the macaroni gets coated evenly with the sauce.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180 C. Take a baking dish. Grease it with some olive oil. Pour the macaroni mixture in the baking dish and top it with remaining grated cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake for around 30 minutes or till the cheese starts bubbling and you get a golden crust on the top.
Your macaroni and cheese is ready to serve!!
